Unpacking the Word:

Have you ever felt like God was far away? Life’s struggles can make His presence seem distant, but Scripture reminds us that the nearness of God is not about feelings—it’s about faith. James 4:8 assures us that when we intentionally seek God, He responds by coming close to us.

The sermon emphasized how God’s presence transforms lives. Just as Pastor Cornelio shared testimonies of miraculous encounters with God, we, too, can step into His presence through worship, prayer, and surrender. The key is to acknowledge His presence daily, rather than waiting for a crisis to seek Him.
