Introduction

Today the title of spring about shifting okay because it is a time to shift or it’s a time to change say leave something and we go to another one or turn away from something and we shift to another plan or change what we can see our gloss has really just shifted our world for instance We are near promises. So before the shifting we have make a decision right the pastors and follow members we make a decision to to shift from the whole place to come to the new place and after the decision so that before the shifting that we have to we make a decision to to what are the things that we want to bring to here and what are the things that we want to let go then find not everything that suitable to bring over this place. So we have to decide to leave certain things that is not useful for us and when we came over here we receive new things. Right? So physically as a church we have shifted from uh another location a lot of place and we have to come over here and spiritually as a church we also there need to be a shifting in our spirit in our soul. Amen. In our time. Hallelujah. Amen. Physically there’s the shipping that God are bringing but spiritually we have to make a decision to accept his shifting which God expecting from us. When we make a decision to to to accept the shipping the Lord is asking us to to to get into it and to leave whatever things that that is not suitable for us when so this is a question that I’ll be at the place that God want us to be spiritually physically we it’s a confirmation that God it’s a time that God bring us here but spiritually I’ll be at the place that God want us to be generally in the Bible that we can see few things that mentioned the Bible mention about shifting spiritually Ephesians 2:6 says that that Lord has shipped us Lord have lifted us with Christ seated at the throne when Spiritually we have been lifted be seated with Christ in heavenly places. That’s spiritually mentally Bible did mention that that we have to uh renew our mind and be transformed. So this is shifting and can see uh like spiritually, mind, mentally and physically even the Psalms uh 1 verse one verse one verse one say that we should not be around those people giving us a wrong advice. seen as that physically that we we should be avoid uh from from mingling certain things that put factors in our walk with the lord. So a lot of shifting even the bible generally mention especially let’s read the proverbs 1 verse 15 even physically the bible say my son do not walk in the way with a keep your food from the other path. So a lot of shifting the Bible mention spiritually we have been shifted to heavenly places to sit with Christ mentally your mind the Bible say that we have to renew we have to change have to shift our mind be transformed physically the Bible mentioned that there certain people that wingle we share counsel but there’s some that you should not walk at the council be with them physically So generally Bible did mention on this shifting but today I’m going to talk about four four guided we need to to to have in our life to have a shifting to have a right path when we walk with the lord four guide we needed a ship in our life to be in the right path first thing is we should have a desire for the presence of god we need a shipping and there’s a shifting that we need to do first thing is that we need to have the desire to be in the presence of God.

Four Guides for Shifting to the Right Path

1. Desire for the Presence of God

Now when God created Adam, Adam, he day closed with the presence of God. Every day Bible say the Lord at the cool of the day he walked in the garden to fellowship with the man he created. But the day came and the devil he wanted to shift the man that God created away from presence of God. the the devil the enemy shielded the created the the creation of the Lord away from his presence. Even today the enemy want his people to be away from the Lord. They want us to be strikers be close with God. He want to be ship over our over time be away from the Lord. See you don’t want us to be close with the Lord. You know when Moses says when Moses all the leading the children of Israel I think nearly millions million people are there. But one thing Moses asked the Lord if your presence do not go with us. Do not sent us from this place. Do not shift us from this place. You see the desire that Moses said that he want the presence of the Lord. We should have the same thing in our life. We should have desire for the presence of God. So today today as a Christians we see all people have lost this desire for the presence of God. Uh though we have times but we don’t feel the urge to come before the lord to spend time with the lord but we are uh tend to waste our time in other things and get tired and we just giving a very minimal time to be with the lord. A lot of Christian have lost this desire to be with the presence of the lord showing to the lord god I depend on your presence. If your presence is not with us that we cannot do anything though they capable to do anything but whatever they does is become a vain for them it’s become a power to them he didn’t leave anything so Moses know and recognize that first thing which he needed is the presence of the lord amen we as a children of god we have to recognize this and acknowledge that I need the presence of god in my life if you if you have lost the desire we can come before the lord and say god Stir out the desire. Stir out the desire that I will come back to your presence. I rep back to your presence that I want to be in the presence that to have fellowship with you and to communicate with you. Amen. Usually I preach the T service. I give a lot of words. Okay. I read a lot of Bible verse. So go with me follow through the words today. Uh turn with me Numbers chapter 9. This this uh verse we talk about the children of Israel after they came out from Egypt their journey in the wilderness. And we know that the Moses the God give told Moses to build a tabernacle where he can the presence of Lord will will to dwell and the the people of Israel they have to surround and dwell. are surrounded of of by the tabernacle. The tabernacle should be in the middle and the tribe of Israel should be surrounded and each time they come from the camp they whenever they came out from the camp they will see the the tablet of the Lord or the presence of the Lord in front of them. But this is what the Lord says that as the people journey when whenever the people journey whenever the presence of the Lord stop there they should care and the moment the presence pres of the Lord, the cloud start to move. The people need to pack everything and follow where the presence of the Lord goes. Amen. So day and night they have to get ready. Their eyes should be is the presence of God. That their mind, their eyes, their focus will be should be on the presence of God. Amen. We as a children of God, this is what God expecting from us that we have to live the conscious of presence of God.
Amen. We have Our mind, our heart should be focused on the presence of God. Okay, let’s read uh Numbers chapter 9. Chapter 9 verse 17. Whenever the cloud was taken out from above the tabernacle, after that the children of Israel would journey, and in the place where the cloud settled, there the children of Israel would preach their thanks. Verse 19 to 22. Even when the cloud continued long many days above the tabernacle, the children of Israel kept the charge of the Lord and did not journey. So it was when the cloud was above the tabernacle of few days according to the command of the Lord they would remain and camp and according to the command of the Lord they were churning. So it was but the cloud remained only from evening un till morning you know they just they on the journey they just came and they they set up everything they spare overnight and suddenly the presence of the lord is moving the children of Israel they they they don’t feel those are tired though it’s a they just came on long journeys are tired but the go the presence of the lord is walking to another place they did not norm say they they cannot be saying they tired I cannot but they start to move as the presence of the lord. Amen. But we as a as a children as physically we feel tired. We feel tired a lot of things. But let us not make this today untired. Let me not go to the presence of God. Whatever time let us take our mind. Let’s spend some times in the presence of God. Either read his word or just talk with him, share with him something. Amen. So let us focus on be in the presence of God. Amen. Uh even Acts chapter 17 verse 26- 27. If you read Acts chapter 17 verse 26 to 27, the Bible says that it’s God who chose us when we should born and when we should live. Okay? He choose the Lord who choose the year for us to be born on this earth. And it’s the Lord who choose the nations or the place that we should we dwell with the purposes that we will seek. Hallelujah. So we are born in this year or years we are born the place the Lord choose us and give us the purpose that we should seek the Lord. Amen. Seek the Lord from the place that that we are we are living. Seek the Lord the place that we are dwelling. Seek the Lord the place that he’s bringing us. So theible haven’t seen that we should seek the Lord. And today in the church, no way out lot of people out there that they’ve lost this this desire to to seek the Lord because the devil is is is tricking the people from for away from seeking the Lord is from away from be in his presence. Amen. So let’s not give away for the devil to deceive us to say something that is stop us from coming to the presence of God. But if Truth says that that uh we should come boldly to the presence of God through grace. Amen. So God invite us to to come into his presence boldly and it is a privilege that we have which the devil use it. So because the devil lose it, he also want to stop us from going into the presence of God. Amen. So let not anything stop us coming to the presence of God. I mean the days when the the discip children’s the small children’s come to the presence of Jesus. Disciples stopped them. Jesus said do not stop children to come into to me. We are the children of God and when it’s a devil who tried to stop us, a situation tried to stop us. But let us not allow anything to stop us to come into the presence of God. We see in the book of Samuel, we see Anna, she had lot of struggles, a lot of things in her heart. It’s broken. But what she made? She made a decision to come before the Lord. brokenness. She come before the Lord and she pour out her heart to the Lord. The Lord listen and bless her. Amen. So let us not uh uh let us all come before the Lord. Let’s just come every time in prayer. Come before the Lord to be to be in his presence. Let’s let that be like a personal time to be with him. Amen. If we do not set the time, then we don’t have time to be in the presence of God. So we have to make a decision to set the time. to bake him his presence. Amen. We see in Daniel the Daniel Bible say that Daniel uh he allocated three three times a day. Daniel chapter 6 verse 10 he allocated three times a day to be in the presence of God his busyness. Even when the king make a sign that no one should pray, no one should worship God for 30 days because he committed himself, he decided and dedicated himself that he choose to be in the presence of God. Hallelujah. Amen. A church on January 1st, we dedicated this place for the Lord and for the presence of the Lord to be in this place. It’s a good thing we do. As the church, we have to dedicate our life for the presence of God to fill us to lead us. Amen. So let us also physically and spiritually let us focus together to be in the presence of God. Amen. We see you know Abraham in Genesis. So God asked Abraham to shift from the land of Calians and it is God who shifted him and bring him to the place that God want him to be like what we see in the book of Acts chapter 17. So God ordained us to be born in certain year and in certain place. Likewise God is the one who asked Abraham to move away from the land of Hades to come to the place that the Lord is showing. to give it and what does Abraham did in the place that the Lord give him the Bible says in that Genesis chapter 12 that each place that Abraham’s goes each place that he encountered the Lord each place that the Lord talked with Abraham and that place he built a gal also talk of place that is a is a divine encounter divine intervention a place of communicating with the Lord Amen. This this also talk about a place of fellowshipping and worshiping the Lord. Hallelujah. Amen.
So let us that’s the family of God set a time to be in communion to fellowship with the Lord. Amen.
You see Abraham it’s been the practice of Abraham every day he spend time with the Lord. The one time when God want to some do something he say shall I hide anything from Abraham? because his friend said then the Lord came over and revealed the things what he going to do to the nations. Hallelujah. Amen. Amen. Hallelujah. So let us not be disappointed. Let us not be discouraged but let us uh encourage oursel to say that our will be in the presence of God. Amen. There a time the Bible mentioned that David all the people the friends want to beat him to kill him but Bible say this he encourage himself and go to the presence of the Lord. Amen.
So it is the time for us to shift and to go to the presence of God. Hallelujah. Amen.

2. Delight to Hear and Obey God’s Word

Next another guide for us that we need to shift to that the Lord want us all expecting from us is delight to hear God’s word and to obey. Hallelujah.
Come to the presence of God. We should have a desire to come to the presence of God. Another thing that we should desire, we should delight to hear the word of God. Not only hearing it, that we should obey his word. Amen. Luke 11:28 says Jesus when when the people says blessed is the mother who give birth to you, Jesus said to respond to you, Jesus said blessed brother are those who hear the word of God. God and obey it. Amen. God want us to hear his word and also God want us to obey his word. Same thing numbers chapter 9. That’s what we we we see in the chap that’s chapter number one chapter 9. We see how the children of of Israel they they the they the they the eyes on the is on the cloud of the presence of God and they’re ready when the presence of the cloud start to move. They get ready prepare themselves to move where the presence of the Lord move the same thing with what kind of a heart these children of Israel moving in the presence of God verse 18 numbers chapter 9 verse 18 Bible said at the command of the law the children of Israel would journey and at the command of the law they would camp the children of Israel will start to move start to walk at the word of the law when this The Lord sees the time to move. When the Lord, the word of God come, the children of Israel will receive it and Bible say they will journey according to the word of the Lord. Verse 23, at the command of the law they remain incarcer. Hallelujah. Amen. So the moment the shifting these children of Israel practices The Lord say it’s the time to move, they move. The Lord says no, it’s the time to stop. It’s time to wait, they wait. So we as the children of God, we have to move. We have to shift according to the word of the Lord. Amen. If we see the journey of Abraham in Genesis 12:1, the Bible says the Lord spoke to Abraham, Lord command Abraham, depart, move move away from your family, move away from your father’s house, move away from on this land. So first thing the Bible mentioned that is the Lord told the Lord say to Abraham. Same chapter verse four Bible says Abraham do as the Lord has spoken. Hallelujah.

So we have to come to the place that we have to desire to hear the word of the Lord and not only hear but the word of the Lord that we should have desired to to follow what the Lord is telling to herself. You know in the book of Israel when the children of Israel was bring to captivities of Israel after 70 70 years when he returned back to to the land of Israel and there’s one priest which the Lord raised him up to to to to go before Israel to prepare the land of Israel to to bring back these people of Israel uh back to the presence of God to to come to to to worship the Lord to communicate with the Lord to follow in his ways. So this man is called Ezra. So before Ezra start to lead the people Bible mentioned that Ezra chapter 7 let’s let’s stud it if you have the Bible Ezra 7 verse 10 says, “Ezrael prepared his heart to seek the law of the Lord and to do it and to teach status and ordinances in Israel.” The Bible says that Israel prepared his path to seek the Lord. Amen. Without preparation, we won’t get ready to do anything. But yesterday we came over to do some preparation worship. So we get ourselves ready for today worship by preparing yourself getting the keys the the lyrics the beats. So the preparation is important when Bible says uh the the preparation of the heart belongs to men. So we have a responsibility that we have to prepare our heart to seek the Lord presence of the Lord. And here Bible mentioned that Ezra 7:10 that Ezra prepared his heart to seek the word of God. Amen. Hebrews 4:12 says the word of God is a powerful and is alive. Amen. Is more than double sword. Previously I thought the word of God is a double-edged sword. Bible say is more than any double age salt. They penetrate through the spirit. soul even our joints and marrow and even every cause in our heart. Hallelujah. Amen. So if we have a heart to hear what the Lord is saying through his word to minister to us spiritually our soul even physically in whatever area that we need to be ministered the word of God will minister to us. Hallelujah. Amen. This been my young age that whenever whenever I’m down whenever ever I’m disappointed whenever I’m sad or even when I whatever whenever I did any wrong I take the word of God with me seek alone then Lord open up my heart you can speak anything that you want to speak to me minister to me amen whenever we open up before the Lord and we humble oursel the Lord will do work in us amen so Philippians chapter 2:13 says so it is the lord who work in us both to desire and to do his will. Hallelujah. So if the Lord need to work in us then we have to allow the Lord to work in us. We don’t allow it cannot come and bring the desire and from the desire to work out his plan. Hallelujah. So let us prepare our heart, open our heart for the Lord to do his work in us. Amen.

Amen. Then in Bible we say that whenever the Lord asks to build the temple the evil anoint someone to stir up the heart of the people to to to give them the skills and set up their heart to come and work the temple of the Lord. Hallelujah. Likewise we the temple of the Lord. We have to do what the Lord have ordained us to do but we cannot do on our own. We have to allow the Lord to work in us. Hallelujah. Amen. So there’s the two things We need to shift one. We have to shift to desire the presence of God to not let the enemy distract us, pull us away from the presence of God. Even if we have uh uh stopped coming to the presence of God that is today is a good day to to to decide to come back say Lord I’ll return back to you. We in the time you make a decision to say I will return back to my father’s house and whatever contition it was written back. Let not the enemy or anyone spoken and say hey you are like this how can you go back to the Lord but it’s alive it’s a lie the Lord is always waiting for his children to come back we in the Bible we see that the garden of Eden that Adam going hide himself Lord loving so much he came in the same Adamal
it is a time the Lord is singing us it’s a time for us to come back, return back to the presence of God. It’s a time for us to to return back to the word of God. It’s not written on it, but let us also listen and obey his word. So, as we listen, obey his word that the Lord will lift it up. The Lord will shift us another position to to to another walk with the with the father. Hallelujah. Amen.

3. Faith

The third the third guy that that we have to bring us to the new shift is faith. Amen. As we trust the Lord, as we believe in the Lord, this this faith, this trust and belief will shift us to a another level. Okay? Faith lead us to shift from one place to another place. Now, before we came over here, uh we came we see this place. The Lord came The church pastors and board came that we look at the place and it’s all it’s a lot of renovation they need to do but the church fund we don’t have that money enough money to do the renovation pastor did mention this on the first church but by faith pastor decided okay let us take this place let us move by faith and the lord will glory hallelujah exactly the lord has shown favor. We have received favor. The Lord have provided even from those people in authorities, those who are adjun they have given us. Hallelujah. Amen. If if we if Pastor Rub didn’t have faith, they didn’t move by faith. They will be still sitting in that that place and we big car things. But thank God when we when pastor make a decision to trust the Lord the Lord provided and bring us to this new place. Hallelujah. So we can see physically there’s a changes that happened because of the cross and rel uh the first miracle that Jesus did was turning the wine water to the wine. But what bring the the turning point was Mary told the the servants whatever he told you to do just And these servants now Jesus told told them go and draw the water fill up the what do you call that?
The jars. So they just simply listen and he just listened to his voice. Nobody and he said okay draw the water bring to the the master of ceremony you know I don’t know how by faith they just listen to their voice obey and go and the Lord changed Hallelujah. But we know the Bible is during the days of Elisha there’s one uh soldier Syrian commander Nama. So he was a leprosy. So so they they came over Israel to take to the king. The king uh must know the the prophet Elisha and said go and dip yourself in the the river of Jordan seven times. So when he heard about this word he was furious. How come You asked me to go do just this kind of river and and there one little girl said if lost girl or someone falling that if someone ask you to do great thing what what do you do but Jesus does a simple thing why don’t you just complete and do so the bible says as he dim himself in that ring of seven after seven time that the the lacrossey just left him so it’s a fate on the world but uh even in Luke Luke chapter 5, we can see that that Jesus was using the boat of Peter, Peter’s boat to to to preach the good news to the people. And after he preached, then he asked Peter to launch the boat to the deeper and said, “Come and put the net to catch the fish.” You know what Peter says? They say, “Lord, master for all night long we have to and catch nothing. Zero. We have worked hard. We have we have toiled all night long and we not catch everything but because of your word I’ll do so when we place his feet trust on the word of Jesus and he acted the Bible says that he caught it even the the net want to tell. Hallelujah. Amen. So we see that the the faith uh bring a shifting from from the from the place of lacking to a place of enough. Hallelujah. More than enough in this situation. Hallelujah. So, so let us keep on walk in faith. Amen. Go in by sight. We see is this lacking failure. But let our eyes be upon the author and finisher of faith. Hallelujah. As we look at him and as he speak, let us hear the word. and obey that and we see the transformation corporation in our land when uh there’s a centurion in the Bible that uh he saw a servant who was very healed and he came before the Lord and say that I’m not worthy for you to come to my house but just say your word and my servant will be healed. The Bible say Jesus was marvelous that he never seen anyone such faith in his Amen. So let us prepare our heart for the Lord, the word of God to do to to to let the faith in us that we will come before him and say, “Lord, I believe you. I trust you and as he say the word, let us act on the word.” Amen.

There are 12 spies and we see 12 spies and Moses asked them to go and obey the land. 12 went to the place they both all 12 see the same thing but two out of the eyes of faith on what the Lord promises. They perceive it differently. They see it differently because their faith is not when what we seize. But their faith was on what the Lord said to them. Amen. Even Abraham when the Lord asked him to shift from the land to come to promised land, his eyes was on what the Lord says but not on the things. Do though if was struggling but the Lord keep on encouraging keep on build up his faith by telling him talking to him by by saying what he going to do what will do what he will do and then so let us not be discouraged let us not be discouraged but let us continue to hear what the Lord is telling us today pastor we to say let us recall the promises the Lord has given us let us recall whatever the lord have done for us as we recall it If we uh remember it then we recall that the Lord is able to do more than what we have us doing. Amen. So to not be discouraged keep on believe the Lord. The Lord will bring a good shifting in our life. Amen. The Bible the woman the issue of the blood we see that she decided that as she touched Jesus she will be healed. Amen. So every each and every one of her faith in her But let it stir up. Let it activate that faith. Let close serving the Lord. Amen.

4. Shift in Our Mind

Lastly, the shifting that take need to take place is the shift in our mind. Amen. Let’s read Romans 12 verse 2. Usually in demo service I preach for one hour. I have one niece see my uncle’s preaching preaching to me for one hour. Romans 12:2 do not be conformed to this world but be transformed be shaped be changed renewing of your mind. So we have to shift not change renew. the way of our thinking and what bring this transformation what bring this shifting is the word of God and then Hebrews 4:12 says word is powerful and alive and so let the word penetrate into our life let us allow the word of God to to talk to us to renew to change our mind the Lord already set us free bring us in liberty let no Anything anyone a devil bring give us a thoughts or wrong thoughts doubt stop us there to defile our thinking to think uh wrongly to think the way that’s against the Lord let us keep on come before the Lord let us keep on meditate on the scripture and the scripture will do the cleansing take out all the corruptible seed of bring in the incorruptible seed that we shall bear for 30, 40, and 60 for the Lord. Amen. See, uh, the children of Israel when when when Moses the Lord bring them out of the land of Egypt, they were in the promised land, they experienced the presence of God, they experienced with the world and everything the Lord provided, but mentally their mind still in the land of Egypt, the land of politics. Let so let not the devil try to bring us back whatever bondages that we have been through.
The Bible says that the race set for us let us run let us push away everything every burden that’s pulling us. Amen. So every every thought that that bring us against the will of God against the the way of God Bible say that we should pull each other into captivity. Amen. Let not anything that bring us to captivity but we should pray and bring those thing under our captivities. Hallelujah. You know Elijah prophet Elijah after you do the great uh you know the fire came from heaven and there’s a great transformation the land of Israel people start to come back to the Lord declare the Lord is God now because uh seabel threatening. He was very fearful. Bas say he run and hide in a cave and angels came bring food wake him up eat the food and sleep back until the Lord come and intervene and the Lord asked him what are you doing here Elijah what are you doing here he said to the Lord I’m very zealous for you but this thing happened now they trying to kill me said no no He said only me only I’m alive the rise of death know 700s for his purpose. Amen. When I have a a wrong thoughts and this wrong thoughts have kept him to fulfill his destiny. This is a destiny the Lord still have for him. But because he have these wrong thoughts the thoughts that make him emotionally down. The thoughts that make him kept The thoughts are make him to feel I cannot do anything. I’m finished. The Lord intervene. The Lord will bring out his thought and you say no I still have 700 people. You still have something to do. That word encourage you. That word renew him to run even 40 days to fulfill the plan for purpose the Lord had for him. Amen. So let not any thought bring us capt. that discourage us, pull us down, fulfill what the Lord have already put a destiny for us. Hallelujah. Amen.
So let’s arise and keep on pressing. Keep on make a good decision. Keep on do the will of God as long as given us the life. Amen. So it’s a matter of shifting. We have shifted from that dalamaranti or point to here. In this place that’s area that we need to shift physically, spiritually, so spiritually mentally first thing first is we should have a desire to come to the presence of God. Anything that shifted us away from the presence of God, let us come back, shift back to the presence of God. And we should have desire to hear the word of God and to obey him. But it is the Lord who walk in her what they desire and to fulfill his desire. Amen. So to allow the Lord to work in us. Third thing and the faith is powerful. The faith bring the transformation. So let us not give up. Let us press on but believe me that you will do all this beautiful. Hallelujah. Finally let not the trouble put any line in our thinking. Let us overcome everything. to the body of fresh. Hallelujah. Amen. So we are precious in the eyes of the Lord. We have a great destiny to the Lord for us. Let’s keep on trusting and let’s keep on be his presence as we being present. His presence will transform us. The presence of the Lord encourage us in presence of joy. The death of joy will make us streng. Amen. Hallelujah. Let’s rise. bring together.

Conclusion and Prayer

Father, we thank you, Father God, for you sent forth your word and heal. Father, today Lord, we speak healing for healing physically, mentally, spiritually. Father Lord, every area that we need from, Father, Jesus is the word and the word is life of God. The word is the life.
Amen. Father, we speak that word, Father God, they have free supervision, Father. Even Father God, when the word was darkness in the light, Father, you speak the word and your word, Father God, bring, Father God, your goodness to exist, Father. Father, we thank you for we still good God. The Lord, you are good in your mercy endures forever, Father.
Father, speak a word, Father God, into each and every one of us, Father. Father, let our ears hear your word, Father God. Even as we study, as we read your word, Lord, let the word, Father God, speak to us, Father God. Let the word, Father God, be alive and let be powerful, Father God, to penetrate through any area of our life, Father God. Father, we let we pray, Father God, let us move in discernment, Father God, that we will know, Father God, Father God, we know, Father God, what is right, what is wrong, we know, Father God, or your leading, Father God, and what is not of Father God. Father, I thank you for each and everyone, Father God, in this place. Father God, Father, I pray for your blessing to be upon each and every one. Father God, I pray, Father God, even as they still prosper, they will prosper in everything and be in good health, Father God.
